For Commercial/ Business, CCTV installation services we recommend a floorplan overview and a site survey. Standard equipment used during a Techpro Security Products installation service can include but is not limited to, a security recorder (DVR/NVR), CCTV Security cameras, access control panels, access control readers, alarm sensors, power and video cabling. On our initial walk thru we can address all security requests from alarm systems, to access control to surveillance. Free Consultation
A free on-site evaluation of your property. After our assessment, we will recommend a security layout and equipment that will best meet your building’s needs. Our security surveys include security camera placement and a no-obligation project estimate.

Install Schedule
After a quote is agreed upon an Installation date will be scheduled.

Execution
On your scheduled day the TechPro installation team will begin the installation process. A typical installation will look like the following (can vary depending on the project requirements):
- Running cable and power
- Security camera installation and mounting
- Configuration of the system and network
- Recording device setup (DVR or NVR)
- Video recording configuration (Motion Detection and notification setup)

Customer Assessment
This is where you confirm that camera placement and recording schedules meet your requirements.

Training
The final stage of the installation process. We will teach you and/or any designated person, on how to use the system, how to search and backup footage, and how to access your security cameras remotely.
Access Control and Alarm System Installation

After the installation work is done, the Techpro Security team still be working for you. If you have any technical support questions or equipment concerns within the lifetime of the equipment you can contact our Technical support team for FREE. The team will troubleshoot and hopefully resolve any equipment issues, questions, or concerns you may have. M-F 9 am – 8 pm EST.
Service Calls
In the rare cases when our expert technical support staff is unable to help you resolve the issue, our install team will come back on site to inspect and service your system. Note: if there is unusual damage or vandalism that has caused the system not to work, the service charge may apply.
